Frank Porco exemplifies community service. For over 16 years Frank has served on Forest Hills Borough Council chairing various committees and serving as council president. Now, as mayor he continues to move Forest Hills forward, leading the way on public safety, environmental issues and family oriented community events. During his tenure as mayor construction was completed on the new Borough Building and Police Station, which is Pennsylvania’s first zero energy municipal building. In addition to his numerous professional accomplishments he has lived his entire life in Forest Hills, marrying and raising a family and volunteering his time with his church. We have all benefited from having such a dedicated and caring public servant.
