I am running for Forest Hills Borough Council to serve. When I joined the Air Force, I didn’t do it to get rich or acquire power. I felt then and I still feel now that the only way our nation could stay strong is by its constituents serving. A service without ulterior motives, and genuinely based on listening to the people and providing practical common-sense solutions. A service that is based on principles such as truth, not falsehoods; facts, not conspiracy theories; and compassion, not hate. I believe this is the time to take a stand and do the right thing.

I believe that Forest Hills is one of Pennsylvania’s best kept secrets. Our borough building leads the county in energy efficiency and innovation. We were the first community in the county to have body cams for our police officers. Body cams increase the public’s trust and confidence in law enforcement and the footage brings a quicker resolution, improves officer safety, and prevents crime. Forest Hills is a great place to raise a family and I’m confident that our Tree City Team can continue to make it better.

After graduating from Edinboro, I had a number of life-enriching experiences from serving in the military to working for a nonprofit Christian organization to becoming a Certified Financial Planner. I’m proud to say that I’ve been married for 27 years and my wife and I have raised 6 children. I will bring all of these experiences to the table with your vote.
